The fact that Richardson is no longer at Xerox is telling.Xerox was noted for
bending over backwards to showcase black females.She had neither the
aptitude or intelligence for sales.She was assigned to a customer support position.Her tenure was pedestrian and unremarkable.
If one had a question on a product they already purchased-then-she would
interface with the customer.
Most within Xerox that came in contact with her-could not stand her.
