Hello,
I am sorry to have to send you this letter stating that I am planning on filing a Lien against the property and Bob's Big Boy located at 7447 Firestone Blvd.
The reason for the Lien is because the Sign Contractor, Jim Simington of Simington Electric Advertising and or ECO Signs has refused to pay me the $400 that he owes me for the work I did on the 14' radius Can Sign. It is the Main Sign that will have the name Bob's Big Boy outlined in Neon.
It is very unfortunate that the only way for me to get paid the money that I am owed is to take this route. I told Jim Simington that he needed to do the lawful thing by paying me but he said that he did not care, nor would not pay.
A reputable Contractor should have been hired to do such an important job instead of a man who does Not care about the well-being of his Customer's property.
