    An "East Village Redlight District" will work. It would give the tourist something to see and do after the Queen Mary and Aquarium of the Pacific. It would be a guaranteed traffic builder.

    Theo,

    Call the PD again, ask to speak to a male PIO, a dude, a guy - you get the idea - who might not be so reluctant to give you the scratch and sniff version, in other words, the whole nine inches...I mean the whole nine yards of what (and who) went down. I think they've still got male PIOs, but cha never know for sure, they rotate in and out so fast, just like they do in the Basement. Somebody stop this comment ...there, I just shot my wad.
