um, there aren't any improvements for parking included in the bond measure for rose park/alamitos beach!?

I love the "needs-based" proposal for street repair. After looking at the map on the LBReport.com I can't speak for other neighborhoods, but while the downtown alleys near me crumble into dust and flood at the slightest rain, the currently perfectly paved streets and alleys in front of new (and proposed) developments are scheduled for work.

I'd encourage you to check it out yourself and email your particular Lowenthal councilperson.
