I love the Bay and it's been my dream since I was a child to manage a revival movie house, but looking at the sorry state of my bank account, there's no way I can come up with 3.3 million. I am accepting loan offers however...anyone? Anyone?

Re: SEAL BEACH’S BAY THEATRE FOR SALE

theres lots of those kinds of places opening up, that is an excellent idea. i would love to be able to do that.

Re: SEAL BEACH’S BAY THEATRE FOR SALE

yeah that is kinda sad, I wouldn't say that I am a regular patron... but that place IS pretty cool. I always thought it would be great as a bar/theater combo, where you watch the movie, but drink and socialize too. Someone with lots of money take my idea sucka!

Re: SEAL BEACH’S BAY THEATRE FOR SALE

An excellent site for two-on-a-lot stucco townhomes with no setbacks or any nod to the surrounding environment.

The keyword is "irreplaceble." which coming from a realtor's mouth, means "for the right price."

Re: SEAL BEACH’S BAY THEATRE FOR SALE

Man - this sucks...
