I knew Heather well when I worked on the City side.  It is just a shame.  I send all of them my wishes for a full and speedy recovery.  I have seen a couple of bad accidents when people run those lights in downtown. I know it's not 3rd and atlantic, but there seems to be a problem of some kind related to those one way streets and Atlantic. I sure hope the city can open up the field of vision for those streets or else place warning signs and cameras up. I hope everyone recovers well.
