Number Two. Same friend had bike ripped off. Made a report, cop behind counter tells him this is a big city we have more important things to worry about. We find bike in hands of woman who said she bought it at a garage sale. Friend has photos of bike being restored and has serial number that is covered by new paint. Woman claims bike has never been painted and she cannot find serial number and then stops answering his calls. He speaks to the man they can not do anything but tell him to goto small claims court. So much for Barretta getting you on posession of stolen property.
Finally, same friend riding his new bike downtown gets pulled over and ticketed for wearing his headphones, 128 dollars to the city. I guess this cop never got the memo that this is a big city and they have more important things to worry about.
The sad thing is if you find this girl what can you do? You know the police are no help. Any one for Charles Bronson retrobution?

i'm sorry but this is bullshit journalism. what happened to "innocent until proven guilty"? what happened to waiting for the police to make an arrest and confirming that she actually did commit the crime before posting her picture up for the world to see?
you better hope your writer isn't wrong... it's been known to happen (duke lacrosse).
