I looked at your flickr page and your fliers are impressive however, I think you have missed the point of this article. Mikes' Fliers are handmade (no computer) and are done in black and white on Xerox machines. I think the work and creativity that is involved in the fliers he makes are fantastic. He is definitely stretching the limits on what can be accomplished using a Xerox Machine, sharpies and white-out! They have a unique look and feel to them and him being able to showcase them all together in a collection is what this is all about. Also, Mike has never dubbed himself the "Flier King" if you read the article correctly he is not dubbing himself that he is simply stating what people have said to him. Don't be so quick to diss someone else's hard work and creativity. I also find it really funny that you used an article about someone else to redirect attention to yourself and you fliers. Now that was grand! So why don't you stop being such a hater and give a fellow artist his due props.

why are my comments not showing up??? does the District have a censor on their comments? How fucking pathetic if so....

Sharmack... perhaps you missed the point of MY comment... I was not hating on Mike or his work, I actually think its quite good. What I find funny is the Districts article, not the subject. My comment clearly said nothing about Mike as an artist or a cool head, but that the District would run with such a title, and one that is spelled wrong in my opinion. I suppose if we lived in 1890 it would be "flier", but I think typically its just "flyer" now. Thanks for the props on my work, I was not trying to redirect attention, just give everyone a little perspective since this paper usually doesn't....
