Jean-Louis de Bien should know that half the complaints came from the building his company owns. So he doesn't want it out, yet wants his tenants to suffer. Lousy.
Good riddance I say. Let's make the arts district the arts district again. Not, "let me throw on my baggy stripped shirt and go start fights and then hope into my tacky white hummer limo."
