Regarding shows at FlazhAlleyStudio.com, I'd have to say the past two shows were "tame" compared to the current one - for an ADULT gallery Let me quote you from the Mission Statement of FLAZH!ALLEY STUDIO:
" ... Flazh!Alley is a space dedicated to showing erotic and adult themed work exclusively. A space where you have to be 18 years of age or older, a space where people who have issues with adult themed work are advised not to attend, a space where the receptions are by invitation only, small, intimate and informal..."
I commend whoever decided to not show the third portrait (awesome self-portrait of the artist) at all. It not only leaves more to the imagination (go see the exhibit in person!) but gives respect to those like ME who have a problem of adult-themed artwork in public.
Am I a prude? Well I also worry about the impact is of kids watching all-animal nature shows - are they teaching our kids to be beasts - stalking their meal, tearing flesh, eating their young? Did Jeffrey Dahmer watch nature flicks?!
