    What this goes to show is the absence of imagination when it comes to development in Long Beach. Councilmembers in Long Beach haven't changed their thinking. It doesn't matter who is sitting on that panel. They will vote for whatever proposal submitted by developers who have contributed to their campaigns. This isn't something new in Long Beach. Ultimately, the voters of the city are to blame for continuing to elect the same brand of representation into office.
