The implication, of course, is that if you're 17 and younger, the hubcaps are stolen (a throwback to the 1950s when there were these things called hubcaps--and kids stole them)--and you're going to go out and bomb a building with that spray paint.&lt;br&gt;And yes, in this instance, "bomb" is slang for "paint with a spray can." In certain circles a spray can is known as a "spray bomb." &lt;br&gt;That is all.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Theo Douglas</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 25 Nov 2007 20:46:09 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
