Good stuff! I especially like the "Acres of Quiznos" dig! Some day, hopefully soon, the powers that are ruining the downtown area will either pull their heads out or get peaced! They should take a look at The Pike (the dump not the bar/restaurant), the Nordstrom Rack Mall or the once flourishing with cool places Broadway-Linden area and realize how they're totally screwing the city.

As for "the powers that are ruining" LB, are they clueless or are they deliberately, malignantly, and with purpose aforethought executing a planned demolition of the cultural heritage?
