I know: Concentrate and ask again!&lt;br&gt;Well, actually, that's not fair; we'll have to wait 'til 2009 before I make any more Magic 8-Ball-esque pronouncements about the Fifth District councilwoman.&lt;br&gt;This year, I'll be keeping one eye on her list--and one eye on Bill Pearl.&lt;br&gt;(If you can't wait another year before we kick this one around again, visit your local thrift stores for 8-Balls and their assorted brethren--including the recent pirate-themed ball, the Aye Ball; and the Sponge Bob-themed device, the so-called Sponge Bob AnswerPants.
